01. Note to Parents
\
Parents are requested to co-operate with the college authorities in enforcing punctuality and regularity in attendance.
\
Parents will be reported regularly about attendance and marks obtained by the students in tests.
\
Parents are expected to come in person for the open day to receive the marks statement and meet teachers to discuss about the progress of their wards.
\
Warning letters will be sent to the parents about the students who are irregular to college.
\
Presence of parents is expected when called for.
02. Attendance
\
Regular attendance will be taken in the class room for every hour.
\
Absence due to illness should be supported by a medical report from registered Medical Practitioner.
\
Prior permission is to be sought from the course teacher before taking leave and then a leave letter should be submitted to the concerned teacher with parent’s signature.
\
Students will be permitted to take the University Examination only if she has a minimum of 75% attendance per course.
\
The decision of the Secretary /Principal shall be final in all the matters concerned with attendance.
\
Frequency of late coming will lead to be marked as absent.
03. Dress Code
Students are expected to wear clothes, which are simple and modest. No student will be allowed to wear short, flimsy and tight clothes. Leggings and Short tops are strictly prohibited.
04. Identity Cards
\
Every student of this college is expected to wear the Identity Card while entering the campus and till leaving the campus.
\
You can make use of the Identity Card to get bus, air or train tickets on concession or to become a member of public libraries or to receive scholarship.
05. Students Discipline
\
Students must maintain silence inside the college campus and be attentive in classes, meetings and any other gatherings.
\
Every student is expected to keep classrooms and campus clean, eco-friendly and plastic free.
\
Students should ne punctual for college assembly for classes
\
Students can park their vehicles in the specified area and requested to have license in the vehicle and to wear helmet while riding the vehicle.
\
As per Government and Court orders, Ragging in any form is a serious offence and strict action will be taken against those indulging in it.
\
Students are not permitted to participate in fashion shows, modeling, talk shows (or) any other TV programmes without prior permission from the Management /Principal.
\
Students are expected to uphold moral standard of honesty, respect for elders and kindness towards all.
\
The Management /Principal may frame and issue disciplinary rules from time to time of a permanent or temporary nature regulating the conduct inside and outside the college, that are necessary to maintain credit and reputations laid down by the college.
\
Students indulging in malpractice during tests and examinations will be punished as per the University rules.
\
Students are advised to refer to the notice boards daily before entering their classrooms.
06. Examination System
The 2 Components of Examination are
\
Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) for 25% marks
\
End Semester Examinations 75% marks for each subject
\
For Practical CIA is 40% and 60% for End Semester exams
